This upgrade to our Home Chef Kits gives you more flexibility, better performance, and everything you need to steam burgers like a pro.
We pour every steaming tray by hand, made when you order. Each tray holds up to high heat and our steaming trays are 2″ deep, deeper than other steaming trays on the market. Allowing you to pack even more ground beef, giving you bigger and better steamed cheeseburgers when you use a 80% -90% lean ground beef.
The extra kit includes 5 steaming trays, though most 10″ to 12″ pans will comfortably fit 3 to 4 trays at once. That extra tray or two comes in handy so you can load your next round without stopping to clean.
Each tray is built with a gentle tilt designed to help drain excess grease and water while steaming. While every tray should be tilted to drain, you have full control over the juiciness level by how often you tilt and drain during the steaming process. For hands-on precision and burn safety, we include our mini spatula, designed to help lift and tilt each tray cleanly without burns or spills.
Pair this kit with our Patty Smasher for the ultimate steam setup. It presses ground beef into each tray quickly and evenly, so you’re not fumbling with your fingers or flattening meat with your palm.
And of course, we didn’t forget the finishing touch your kit comes with 2 Wallet Wench™ bottle openers, because every good burger deserves a great drink on the side.
