They are perfect for expanding your setup, replacing older trays, or keeping extra trays ready while your first batch of burgers is steaming.

Each tray is hand poured using heat safe food grade silicone and  is designed deeper than traditional metal or plastic steaming trays used in restaurants. The deeper design allows you to pack in more ground beef, helping you create fuller, more satisfying Connecticut style steamed cheeseburgers at home.

Our trays also feature a signature tilt design, allowing you to control how much grease and water drains during steaming. Tilt occasionally for a juicier burger or drain more frequently for a firmer texture. For most cooks, draining about every five minutes during the steaming process produces the best balance of flavor and texture.
