See How Steamed Cheeseburgers Are Made at Home
Steamed cheeseburgers are a Connecticut classic known for their juicy texture and perfectly melted cheese. This home chef kit lets you recreate that same style of burger using your own kitchen pan and our custom silicone steaming trays.
A Smarter Way to Steam Burgers at Home
Unlike traditional restaurant steaming chests that are large, bulky and expensive, our steamed cheeseburger maker home chef kit is designed specifically for home kitchens to make steamed cheeseburgers right at home.
Our custom silicone trays are larger and taller than the metal trays used in commercial steamers. That extra space allows the burgers to cook evenly while producing fuller, more satisfying steamed cheeseburgers. Each tray is hand-poured and designed to work in a simple water pan setup so anyone can make authentic steamed cheeseburgers without commercial equipment.

Step 3
Let the Steam Do the Work
Steam cooks the burgers evenly while keeping them moist and tender.
